1. About us

This website (matchday.life) is operated by MATCHDAY PTY LTD (ABN 70 698 183 738) ("Matchday", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Products and information

We try to describe and show our products accurately, including images, ingredients and nutrition information. Colours and appearance on screen may vary slightly. Always read the label on the can before drinking. Our drinks contain caffeine (from matcha green tea), gluten (from oats) and soy, and are not recommended for children or people sensitive to caffeine. Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers at checkout; we don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping

We ship within Australia only. See our shipping policy for costs, dispatch and delivery times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Refunds

As our products are food, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If your order is damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or past its best-before date, we'll replace or refund it. See our refund policy for details.

8. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by interfering with its security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful. We may update, change or suspend the website at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Matchday name, logo, designs, images and content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to section 2), we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, and our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
